Location: the hotel was close enough to the city centre, Ferrara, and restaurants. Café Pret a Manger was located 5 minutes walk away. Our room was big size with clean bath and the overall experience was really amazing.

Triple room with clean bath. Central heating, electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment — very useful. Excellent amazing location, very close to the Cathedral. Near the castle and the main piazza, that nice historic centre of Ferrara and main square.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming Italian city. The location is unbeatable - right in the center of all the historic places of Ferrara. You can easily explore the Cathedral, castle, and other attractions within walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, offering great recommendations for dinner and providing detailed explanations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and a clean bathroom. And let's not forget the delicious homemade cakes at breakfast - simply delightful!

There's really nothing to complain about - everything was just perfect.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to the city center and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy.

The wifi didn't work well in the room due to the thick stone walls. The noise from the street market on Sundays made it difficult to get a taxi.

Staying in the heart of the city with all its charm is definitely the best thing of this accommodation. You can easily walk around the main historic attractions of the city or find nice restaurants and cafes within minutes from your doorstep. the rooms are well-decorated, comfortable and always clean, and the service is very attentive, making you feel at home. the breakfast selection is great with homemade delicacies and fresh coffee, among other delights.

The noise factor can be a bit of an issue if you are a light sleeper.
